The AirBall System is a process fully protected by Australian Patents, Patent Number 603760".

Licence enquires, for use of our patented AirBall system, are available at very reasonable rates throughout Australia by contacting us via email or our head office in Queensland.

Although apparently simple in concept, the past and continuing research and development, have been and are considerable.

It has come to our attention that breaches of our patent have occurred by others purporting to have the right to use such a process. The only authorised users of the AirBall system would be Air Systems Duct Cleaning, Lake Air Systems and Air Systems Duct Cleaning Franchise and Licence Owners.

Whilst flattered by the imitation, we do not treat the illegal use of our intellectual property lightly. Quite aside from the illegality, the imitations we have been made aware of, are inferior process's to ours.
As detected, any breaches of our patent can result in legal action against those knowingly using or allowing the use of the process in breach of our legal rights.

If use of our AirBall system is discovered we reserve the rights under the patents act to take action against infringements of our AirBall system as and when we deem it convenient to our day to day operation of our company.
There is currently ONE (1) authorised licence on issue for use of our AirBall System, Air Systems Duct Cleaning PTY LTD (Nth Qld). There are no other authorised users of the AirBall System in Australia.
