Pre-clean Evaluation

Most people don't spend alot of time thinking about their air conditioner until it needs work.   That  is why Air Systems Duct Cleaning suggests you conduct our Pre clean evaluation to help isolate potential problem areas within your system.

Residential Pre-clean Evaluation

1. Are exterior surfaces free from visible debris?

2. Are directional lourves and covers, clean and properly set?

3. Is the supply chase (directly downstream of the fan barrell) free from moisture stains and contaminants?

4. Is the face of the cooling coil visibly clean?

5. Is the coil drain pan clean and properly drained?

6. Has the air filter been replaced?
